To ensure that the press can operate normally after the holiday, to avoid or reduce the occurrence of faults, please do the following before and after the holiday:

Work to be done before the Spring Festival holiday

1. Check the status of the low speed operation of the printing press, and record the reading of the ammeter on the main electric cabinet as a reference standard to judge whether the status of the printing machine is normal when the machine is restarted after the holiday.

2. Wash the ink on the water roller first, then remove the ink roller on the unit to avoid damage caused by long-term deformation of the rubber roller. And check the bearings at both ends, use the cream to maintain the rubber roller, wipe the copper water to maintain the copper roller, and wipe the printing plate on the water roller and the water roller.

3. After the ink fountain, ink fountain button and ink fountain roller are cleaned, apply a layer of lubricating oil for maintenance to prevent rust.

4. Remove the blanket and pad and the PS plate. Apply a little oil to the surface of the blanket cylinder and the impression cylinder and the roller to maintain rust.

If the plate cylinder is not equipped with the bottom film, it is also necessary to apply a little lubricant on the surface of the plate cylinder and the roller to prevent rust treatment;

If the bottom film is installed and the installation time has exceeded 3 months, please remove the film at the bottom of the film and clean the plate with alcohol. If it is less than 3 months, please wipe the film with a dry cloth (the same is required on the roller) Apply a little oil to the rust-proof treatment).

5. Remove all the roller brush on each color group, put it in the oil drum and soak it, and then install it after work.

6. Discharge the water in the water tank and the water bucket and clean the water tank of each color group. In addition, put the PH test probe into the protection liquid to prevent dryness. (It is strictly forbidden to put the PH test head into pure water).

7. Clean and brush the delivery chain and the tooth row and refuel.

8. Clean the transfer roller and the impression cylinder, the tooth and the pad, and refuel in the lubrication part.

9. Clean all the filter nets of the machine, be sure to replace the service life for more than one year, and refuel the lubrication parts of the whole machine.

10. In order to guarantee and extend the life of the printing press, it is recommended to replace the main engine lubricating oil and filter, and pay attention to the type and origin of the lubricating oil to avoid mistakes or use fake oil.

11. If the machine is equipped with a water roller cooling device and the ambient temperature may be lower than 0 °C, please add antifreeze to the cooling water or simply let off the cooling water to prevent the freezing of the water pipe and related equipment (the oil cooler does not need to be placed oil).

12. Turn off the main power supply and the water tank tap switch, and let the air and water in the air compressor be discharged. The air in the air control unit of the main unit is also released.

13. Clean the surface of the machine and clean the surrounding environment. It is best to cover the machine with paper.

14. Do a good job in preventing rats.

Put some mothballs in the electric box, the bottom of the machine, etc.;

It is strictly forbidden to eat food and place food in the printing workshop;

Two ultrasonic cats are installed next to each machine and turned on 24 hours;

Customers using the WEKO powder sprayer should use the PS version to protect the powder hopper in the duster to avoid damage.

15. In addition to the above, please complete other items in the daily routine of the daily, weekly and monthly maintenance schedules.

The first job to go to work after the holiday

1. If the temperature of the workshop is low after work, the air conditioner around the machine should be turned on 4 hours in advance to raise the temperature of the entire machine and the environment to achieve normal printing.

2. Before powering on, you must check the oil level of the machine to check whether the oil level reaches between the neutral line and the upper line. Check whether the oil level is between the neutral line and the lower line after power-on.

3. For the cooling device with the ink roller cooling device, the cooling water is discharged before, and the cooling water should be added at this time. Ink roller water-cooled water tank plus antifreeze, if it is added without electric circulation, antifreeze can not reach the inside of the ink roller, so if it is just added, also ensure that the power cycle is more than one hour.

4. Do not perform any operation within 10 minutes after the main power is turned on, wait for the host lubricating oil to circulate to each lubrication point of the machine before starting operation.

5. Turn on the air compressor. After the air in the compressor reaches the set value (automatic stop), slowly open the air valve of the air compressor to supply air to the main engine.

6. Check if there is any foreign matter on the equipment and between the rollers, and drive the vehicle in positive or negative direction.

7. After cleaning the surface of the roller, install the blanket and PS plate, install the roller brush, and install and adjust the pressure of the ink roller. Place the water tank PH meter probe, check the set water parameters, set the check water circulation, and check the pressure of the metering roller and the water bucket roller.

8. Slow the machine for 1 hour, check the movement of the ink roller, water roller, clutch pressure and other attachments, and check the sound of the deflation when listening to the action of each solenoid valve to confirm that it is working properly. Other preparations can be made while the machine is idling.

9. Check that the machine is at low speed and confirm that the current meter reading on the main panel is the same as the reading before the stop.

10. Install new film base film.

11. After finishing the above boot preparation work, you can start printing.

Reminder:

In view of the actual use of offset printing machines in China, in order to maintain the good condition of the equipment and ensure that the equipment can be put into use as soon as possible after the Spring Festival, the following suggestions are proposed:

1. The main engine lubricant is recommended to change the new machine for half a year to one year, and then change it once every 2-3 years.

2. Use more than one year of air pump filter, please try to replace it to reduce power consumption.

In production, improper operation may cause great damage to the equipment. Failure to clean in time may reduce the service life of the equipment. The printing press is the most important basic equipment in the printing process. Ignore the maintenance of the press!
