(2) Select suitable air permeability or other special requirements for packaging materials or containers. The packaging of some articles requires that the permeability of the material or container is as low as possible; some articles (biological articles) require a proper proportion of low oxygen in the package, so the material should be selected for proper oxygen permeability; To avoid light preservation, it is required to choose colored materials and containers; some oily items also require oil resistance of materials or containers; in addition, some materials are toxic and can not be used for food packaging and so on.
(3) The amount of evacuation and aeration must be compatible with the rigidity of the container, otherwise the package may wrinkle or burst through the packaging container.

(5) Selection of vacuum and air packing methods.
