Printing, slotting, pressing lines, and staples are the carton forming processes and play a crucial role in the quality of the carton. Even with the high-quality corrugated board produced by the corrugated board production line, if it is managed extensively in terms of printing, slotting, pressing lines, and staples, it will not meet the technical quality requirements and it will not produce a qualified corrugated box. The result will only be censured by users and even returned. Therefore, it is a very important issue to do a good job of forming the quality of corrugated boxes. Here are some experiences on how to do a good job in shaping the quality of corrugated boxes.
First of all, there must be a strict technical quality standard. "No rules can't be a radius." To have a good quality, there must be a quality standard. This standard cannot be reduced because of equipment conditions and personnel quality. According to the national standard GB6543-86 and practical experience, the standard requirements are as follows:
1. Printing: The printing plate is correct, the shape of the font is standardized, the printing graphic is clear, the color depth is the same, the color is not discolored, the arrangement position of the graphic and text is accurate, and the embossing force is appropriate.
2. Slotting, chamfering, and indentation: The slotting and cutting angle is in place, and the cutting is performed at the center of the transverse pressure line. The cutting port is smooth, neat, and has no cracks, burrs, and no cracks.
3. Pinning (adhesion): The two edges of the board are aligned (cross-press line alignment), and the suspect stitches are not skewed. The distance between the two ends is the same. Head and tail stitches are within 15mm from the female line. The nails are stapled along the midline of the tongue and are arranged neatly and evenly. They must be nailed and nailed firmly. Heavy nails, dowels, nails, and nails must not be allowed.

The cardboard conveying system of the printing machine must be adjusted. According to the experience, the three lines are mainly maintained: the inner side of the operation side and the connector paper knife are protected on one, and the baffle and the printing roller must be perpendicular. It plays a lateral positioning role for the transport cardboard. The feeders on the chain conveyors must be arranged side by side in a line and must be equidistant from the print cylinders. It plays a role in the longitudinal positioning of the transport board. The induction roller on the three rows of double-color printing rollers should be in line with the slotting knife and the pressure roller in the longitudinal direction. In this way, the notching and pressure lines are performed on the indentation of the guide wheel, which is advantageous for notching and pressing lines, and avoids occurrence of excess indentations on the cardboard. Work space, we must pay attention to check the position of the slotting knife and pressure roller to prevent and correct the "run knife", "runner wheel" phenomenon.
Third, there must be skilled operating techniques. Review the foundation of molding quality. Operators of printing slot machines must have skillful affixing, adjusting, and transfer ink technologies. They must have skillful and flexible cardboard feeding skills, and must have the ability to grasp the embossing force and the gap of the guide roller. Only in this way will there be a good printing effect.
In order to maintain a certain degree of stability during the transfer of the cardboard, only in this way can we slot and cut corners. Stapler operators must also have excellent technology. To achieve the technical level required by the technical quality standards, there is no skilled, excellent operating skills is not enough, we must put a good job operator's job skills.
Fourth, we must strictly meet the requirements and strive for excellence. This is a guarantee of a good carton forming quality. Strictly speaking, excellence is a spiritual force, and whether or not this spiritual result is very different. For some time, people thought that the nail box machine was relatively backward, and relaxed the requirements, so the box was not nailed like a nail. As mentioned above, heavy nails are piled up and piled up. There are almost every box in the nails, and users return the goods in succession. This is determined to strictly meet the requirements: must meet the standard requirements, not one more nail, not a nail. If the banding is not good, the sense of quality is not strong. The tightening and ordering of the banding can improve the aesthetics of the carton, which is also achieved under strict requirements. There is also a box surface, the standard requires clean, fresh and pollution-free. However, due to manual stacking, loading and stepping on the carts, the footprints on the cartons above each bundle are visible everywhere, causing ink and dirt. In order to meet the standards, it is required to resolutely eliminate the footprints. During stacking and loading, workers must take off their shoes and wear socks, and the footprints are eliminated. Therefore, strict requirements and excellence are intangible forces that must be adhered to in the carton forming process. Only in this way can we ensure quality.
Fifth, strict quality inspection system. This is also an important aspect of strict requirements. The boxes produced in each shift must pass the quality inspection before entering the warehouse. If it fails, it must be reworked until it passes the inspection.
