The use of sodium hypochlorite for advanced treatment of the effluent after coagulation and sedimentation can also achieve good results (see Table 1). However, compared with the potassium permanganate preoxidation method, the performance of the drug is larger, and the effect is slightly worse. Therefore, the use of potassium permanganate pre-oxidation method is more appropriate.

It can be seen from Table 1 that after the waste paper papermaking wastewater is treated by the chemical treatment method, its indexes are all better than the national discharge standards, and the quality of the reuse water is also met. Since the chemical treatment method reduces the accumulation of harmful substances, it is necessary to increase the amount of reuse water in practice so as to reduce the production cost and reduce the waste of water resources.

3 Conclusion

At present, recycled paper and paper has occupied a very important position in the paper industry. Therefore, people are increasingly demanding the treatment of waste paper papermaking wastewater as a new source of pollution. From the analysis of this paper, we can see that the wastewater treatment technology for waste papermaking wastewater has become more and more mature, and it has a positive role in accelerating the effective treatment of the wastewater.

The coagulation and sedimentation method has a good effect on the removal of suspended matter and color, and it can also remove some of the dissolved COD. However, the COD index of wastewater after treatment is still high, and it is difficult to meet the emission standards. Therefore, the coagulation and sedimentation method can only be used as a primary treatment process for waste paper papermaking wastewater, or in combination with a chemical pre-oxidation method.

Waste paper papermaking wastewater is suitable for biochemical treatment after coagulation and sedimentation. Since the biochemical treatment can remove organic matter of lower molecular weight and make up for the defects of the coagulation and sedimentation method, it is reasonable to constitute a secondary treatment process by these two methods. After the waste paper papermaking wastewater is combined and processed by this process, all indicators can meet the emission standards. The advantage of this method is that the treatment effect is good and the operation cost is low; but the shortcomings are long processing period, large device area, and high one-time investment.

The use of chemical treatment of waste papermaking wastewater not only overcomes the deficiencies of biochemical methods, but also has the advantages of good treatment effect and low processing cost. In particular, the potassium permanganate pre-oxidation method can effectively treat waste water without adding equipment on the basis of the coagulation and sedimentation method. At the same time, the pre-oxidation method can reduce the accumulation of harmful substances and help improve the reuse of water. Cycle utilization, and it is expected to achieve a closed loop of water. Therefore, the author believes that this method is more in line with China's national conditions and it is necessary to carry out further research and development.
