2. Moisture content: The moisture content of small wooden strips should be 8-12%. The relative humidity in the south is large, but the water content is higher, but not more than 15%. The relative humidity in the north is small and the air is dry, about 6-12%. The moisture content should be based on the local wood balance moisture content. For the same core, the same moisture content should be used. Thickness: The thickness of the wood strip should account for 60-80% of the total thickness of the blockboard, and the ratio of thickness to width is 1:1.5.
Manufacturing method of core board: The manufacturing method of core board can be generally divided into three types:
1. Combine the middle plate method: firstly use the sheet glue to synthesize the wood, then cut it into a glued board, dry it at 45-50 degrees Celsius, and then horizontally form the required core width. In this method, the quality of the core board is high, but the rubber consumption is large, and the raw material is a plate, and the cost is high.
2. Glue and wood strip method: It is to use rubber to make small wooden strips into core sheets. The main raw materials are sapwood and small wood strips. In this method, the core plate has high quality and good strength, but the multi-adhesive process has a large amount of glue.
3. Non-adhesive core board manufacturing method: This method is not made by the edge of the strip, but by frame, slot or other connection. The advantage is that it saves the glue process and glue, but the finished product has low strength.
