Check the inverter of the two-color offset press to see if it is a fault code (LU, OC, etc.). If the LU is displayed, the voltage is low, or the power supply voltage fluctuates greatly. Solution: Regulator should be added, regulator capacity: 3KVA, or above. If OC is displayed, it means that the two-color offset press is overcurrent, that is, the load of the device is too large. The machine part should be checked, such as whether the equipment is short of oil, etc., so that the equipment runs smoothly. For inverter faults, refer to the relevant chapters of the supplied inverter manual or consult the inverter manufacturer.
Second, the air pump can not start normally
1) Check if the two-color offset press air pump start button and air pump stop button (normally closed point) are normal.
2) Check if the paper counter reaches the preset number. If the paper setting quantity is reached, the counter display number flashes. You must press the clear key to clear the counter before starting the air pump.
3) Check if the AC fuse in the control box is blown (the position is on the left side of the AC contactor). 4) Press the air pump start button to check if the D8 indicator on the circuit board is on.
1. If the indicator light is on, please use the multimeter to measure the circuit board terminals 54 and 51 to see if the display is 220v. If there is 220v, check the AC contactor; if there is no 220v; check if the spiral insurance of the circuit board is blown. .
2. If the indicator light does not light, please check whether the two-color offset printing machine air pump start button and air pump stop button are normal; check whether the paper counter reaches the preset number. If the paper setting quantity is reached, the counter display number flashes, press the clear key. The air pump can be started after the counter is cleared.
