The power module is vacuum sealed between plastic film and adhesive coated white paperboard. After production, the module was immediately sealed with coated white paper while using a transparent foil. The package remains intact during storage and transportation. Compared with standard packaging, SEMISEAL offers customers a complete seal. The quality of the module can be guaranteed before the customer opens the package.
This advanced packaging is transparent and allows visual quality checks, customs inspections and data dimension codes for module identification to be read. The SEMISEAL package allows a different number of modules to be packaged in a single package that is punched so that the modules can be separated by a given amount as needed. Unpacking is quick and easy. Lift and remove the cardboard first, then press the cardboard template to remove the film.
SEMISEAL packaging has been rigorously tested to check the resistance to environmental influences such as humidity and temperature fluctuations of -40°C to 85°C. The 240-hour test is a testimony to SEMISEAL's superior quality to standard packaging.
Cardboard and ionomer plastic films used by SEMISEAL do not pollute the environment and can be recycled. Vacuum sealed packaging units for SEMIPACK 2 and SEMITRANS 2 weigh approximately 50% lighter than standard packaging units.
The packaging will be launched in the second half of 2010 as a protective packaging for SEMITRANS 2, 3, 4 and SEMIPACK 1 and 2. Other modules will also use this package later.
SEMISEAL, the first vacuum-sealed package for power modules, ensures safer and easier handling.
Veneer molded doors with an antique finish refer to doors that are made using a combination of veneer and molding techniques to create a vintage or antique appearance. Let's break down the components:
-
Veneer: Veneer is a thin layer of wood or wood-like material that is applied to the surface of a door to give it the appearance of solid wood. It is typically made from real wood veneers or engineered veneers, which are thin slices of wood or reconstituted wood fibers. Veneer provides a natural and authentic look to the door while being more cost-effective than solid wood.
-
Molded: Molded doors are manufactured using a molding process that involves compressing wood fibers or engineered materials under heat and pressure. This technique allows for the creation of intricate designs, patterns, and contours on the door surface. Molded doors can imitate the appearance of panel doors or have raised or recessed designs.
-
Antique Finish: The antique finish refers to a specific surface treatment or staining technique applied to the veneer or molded door to give it an aged or weathered look. This finish often involves distressing the wood, applying dark glazes or patinas, and adding subtle imperfections or wear marks. The goal is to create a vintage aesthetic that replicates the charm and character of antique doors.
