6. Development: Photosensitive plate immediately immersed in warm water for about 2 to 3 minutes, after immersion with water gun development (can also be used developer soak 20 to 30 seconds of development).

7. Blow dry quickly: Place the developed plate flat. Use a fan to quickly dry the pattern. The fan is about 20 cm away from the layout.

9. Secondary sensitization: After the second sensitization, the purpose is to enhance the cross-linking fastness, harden the film, and the operation method is the same for the first time. The time is 12 to 15 minutes and the exposure time is 7 to 10 minutes.
10. Printing: Put the cut copper board on the wire board. The pattern on the net is aligned with the copper board. A quick-drying, anti-corrosion printing material is poured on the wire mesh. Then the triangle board is used to scrape the wire. You can get the same graphics as the original.
11. Corrosion: The copper coupons are etched in ferric chloride solution.

Third, the production of panels, signs

1. With the drawing software, the panel and label maps were designed and printed on the A4 laser marking film using a laser printer. The screen production method and the circuit board production method were the same.

2.
