Aseptic packaging enables foods to last for up to one year without being stored under refrigeration, thereby greatly reducing product costs and increasing market competitiveness.

Vapor Aseptic Packaging Machine Working Mechanism

The cover material and cup cover are pre-sealed and finally fully sealed through the sterile-locked passage area, effectively preventing re-contamination and ensuring the sterility of the product packaging. As for empty cups and unsterilized plastic cups, they can be automatically removed after slitting. If the vapor pressure, temperature, channel pressure, etc. cause problems, the computer system will automatically stop operating.

Sterile treatment of high-pressure sterile filters and filling systems with saturated hot vapor can make the channel area completely dry and maintain air pressure above atmospheric pressure, thereby preventing external contamination.
