New platter flat mask

The Northampton FFP packaging company in the United Kingdom recently introduced a new series of platter flat cover films, which can greatly extend the shelf life of platter-packed foods. The film has good printability, can be pre-printed with the required patterns, trademarks and related product descriptions and other information, suitable for all kinds of materials made of shallow pan container flat closure package.

This new series of packaging films is divided into various grades according to the gas permeability required for preservation of the packaged foods to meet the requirements of different food preservation packaging. This series includes laminate films incorporating ester release technology. This laminated film has high tear resistance and moisture resistance, and it has a flat appearance and can be directly sealed without hot gas leveling. The laminated film is composed of PP, CPET and aluminum foil. After being coated, it has improved a variety of freshness-preserving properties and can greatly extend the shelf life of foods.

At present, the series of flat film has been used for fresh-keeping packaging of 11 kinds of foods such as carrots, potatoes and other vegetables and mushroom fungi. In order to further enhance the application value of new products, FFP is beginning to improve the level of waste reduction and recycling.
