Germany's Lamoff Introduces New PUR Injection Grade Special Resin

RAMPF recently introduced a new type of polyurethane (PU) injection molding grade resin. Its processability is similar to the epoxy resin currently used. The injection resin can be applied to the mechanical parts of the processing transportation system or the soles of climbing shoes. It is also suitable for the manufacture of refrigerator insulation foam, packaging containers and so on. This PUR has good insulation properties as well as good mechanical properties and thermal stability up to 160°C. In addition, its greater advantages are reduced demolding time, lower energy consumption, lower processing costs, and more competitive material prices. (fang)
