2. Purpose:
The MPS training room is aimed at cultivating application-oriented, scientific-technical and compound talents who have both theoretical foundation, strong hands-on ability and creativity, and can engage in the development, production, management and service of the front line.

3. Significance:

4. Features:
The biggest feature of South Korea ’s FESTECH training equipment is that all its components use actual industrial field components instead of models. This gives students a real working environment. Since each production line is composed of multiple independent workstations, multiple stations are connected together to form a complete production line. Therefore, students can start from a single station to carry out mechanical installation technology, pneumatic technology, automation mechanism, sensor technology, electrical installation technology, industrial robot application technology, PLC programming and debugging and other exercises, and then take the previous single subject Knowledge is used together. Learning from shallow to deep, from the beginning of the single-station practice to the joint debugging of two stations, until the final connection of multiple stations to achieve overall debugging and operation. In particular, the group work method is adopted to enable students to cultivate their teamwork spirit while learning knowledge.

Then, the teacher will make a comprehensive assessment of the students.

The main function of the feeding work unit is to provide processed workpieces one by one for the processing process. Up to 8 workpieces can be stored in the tubular silo. During the feeding process, the double-acting cylinder pushes out the workpieces one by one from the silo. Then, the vacuum chuck on the conversion module sucks up the workpieces.
