First, observe whether the refrigeration compressor of the high-low temperature damp heat test box starts during the cooling process. That is, after setting the low temperature on the controller, after about one minute, listen to the sound of the start of the compressor at the bottom of the equipment. I believe we can all judge. If the compressor of the high-low temperature damp heat test box can be started during operation, it means that the electrical wiring from the main power supply to the high-low temperature box compressor is normal, and there is no problem in the electrical system.

Then check the refrigeration system. First, check the two groups of refrigeration compressors in the high-low temperature damp heat test box. There are also some brands of high-low temperature damp heat test boxes that are single-stage refrigeration systems. Let's take two sets of refrigeration compressors for analysis. If the exhaust and suction pressures of the low-temperature (R23) compressor are lower than normal, and the suction pressure is in a vacant state, this indicates that the refrigerant capacity of the main refrigeration unit is obviously insufficient. Touch the exhaust and suction piping of the R23 compressor of the main unit of the high-low temperature damp heat test box. If the exhaust pipe temperature is not high, the temperature of the suction pipe is not low (unfrosted). This also illustrates the lack of host group R23 refrigerant.
