Wing drop testing machine precautions and maintenance:

1. Each time the test is completed, the drop arm must be dropped to prevent the spring arm that has been reset for a long time to deform the spring and affect the test effect. Before each drop, reset it and press the drop button until the motor stops rotating.

2. After the installation of the new wing drop tester to the factory is completed, an appropriate low-consistency oil must be added to the sliding round bar, and rust-proof oil or high-concentration oil and back pressure oil with corrosive oil must not be added.

3. If there is too much dust in the oiled place for a long time, please lower the machine to the lower part. Wipe the previous oil and wipe the oil again.

4. The drop test machine is impact mechanical equipment. When the new machine is used more than 500 times, the screws must be fastened to avoid failure. For a long time, some screws and chains will loosen. Our customers carefully check and do daily maintenance.

5. The lifting shaft and chain of the testing machine need to be lubricated regularly.

6. Gear reducer changes oil once every six months.

7. When not working, all power should be cut off to ensure the lifting shaft is clean.

8. Non-operators shall not operate this drop test machine arbitrarily in order to avoid unnecessary losses.
