This type of work has little wear on the surface of the PS plate. We can reuse it on our own. This can be done as follows:

1. Print the ink on the printing plate with gasoline or other solvents in time after the printing job is printed. Wet the plate with a damp cloth, and then wipe the glue to protect the plate. After the glue is dry, print the plate on the side. Under the sun for 30-40 minutes (you can see the sun's strength to extend the time).

Second, use 10 grams of sodium hydroxide, 10 grams of ammonium dichromate and 250 ml of water to make a solution. Apply the solution to the sun's surface with a brush, brush off the old text, clean the plate with water, and wipe the protective surface on the plate.

Third, the use of the film will be washed off, coated with a baking plate protein photosensitive adhesive, directly with negative film printing. In this way, the printing plate can withstand a printing force of about 10,000 impressions and the cost is only 2 yuan.
