Vertical cardboard storage system

The vertical cardboard storage system newly developed by Italian PARA company is designed for the corrugated paper box and cardboard manufacturing enterprises with a small factory space. The first equipment was installed at a factory in Italy in March this year.

Compared with the traditional single-layer cardboard stacking system, the vertical storage system can make the most efficient use of the cardboard storage space and expand the storage space. For those carton and board manufacturers who plan to convert the two-shift production model into a three-shift production model, the system can make the production of tile lines more flexible. The paperboard can be produced by transporting trucks in a vertical storage system. Rotate back and forth. The system can arrange the position of the cardboard in order according to the workload of the processing machinery. The stacked cardboard boxes are transported to different processing machines in sequence.

For carton and board manufacturers that have adopted the factory planning system, the storage system can be connected with the factory's computer system. The system is also equipped with an industrial PC and a production data system that can control the transport position and delivery time of the cardboard box. The pictorial order system of the storage system can be updated at any time. For paperboard and carton manufacturers that have tracking devices installed in the planning system, they can apply barcodes or RFID systems to paperboards for automatic tracking and inspection.
