3. The depth of the printing plate immersed in the ink tank is not enough, and the ink is not good.
To solve this problem, it is necessary to appropriately reduce the viscosity of the ink, or select a slow-drying mixed solvent to reduce the evaporation rate of the solvent. Increase the ink tank position.
(2) Reasons and solutions for scrapers
1. The scraper is not positioned properly, and the ink scraping point is too far away from the imprinting point.
2. The angle of the blade is too large or the air pressure of the blade is too high.
To solve this kind of plate jamming problem, the pressure and angle of the blade should be adjusted properly to keep the blade closer to the imprinting point, and to prevent the hot air in the drying box from leaking out of the plate.
(3) Reasons and solutions for printing plate
1. When the printing plate is used, the downtime is too long or the printing plate mesh is not cleaned after the last printing, and the printing plate mesh is dried by the ink, resulting in blockage.
2. The depth of the plate is too deep, and the bottom of the net is not cleaned, which causes blockage.
3. The printed version is of poor quality and the net hole is inverted ladder.
If such problems occur, the printing plate should be re-plated.
(4) Other reasons and solutions
When the pressure is too light, or the printing speed is fast, and the printing time is short, resulting in blockage, the pressure should be increased appropriately. The ambient temperature is high or the relative humidity is low, and there is a lot of dust in the air. Plate blocking may also be caused due to electrostatic dust suction. Therefore, maintaining a clean working environment can also reduce the occurrence of plate blocking.
