It has become the first seed industry science and technology characteristic base of Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone, Beijing Academician Expert Service Center, Beijing Postdoctoral (Youth Talent) Innovation Practice Base and Beijing International Seed Industry Variety Trading Innovation Base. The park plans 50,000 mu in the early stage, and the long-term plan covers the towns and villages in southern Tongzhou with the home township as the center.

Through the data and pictures returned by the sensor, the staff can monitor the growth of crops in the greenhouse in real time, and intelligently control the environment such as soil temperature and humidity and room temperature. If pests and diseases occur in crops, the pest warning and prevention system will give an alarm and give guiding prevention and control measures.
