G0422 Wushen Expressway is a central to southern vertical line in China's expressway network. It starts in Wuhan City, Hubei Province and ends in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. The total length is about 1083 kilometers, which is basically parallel with the G4 Beijing-Hong Kong-Macau Expressway.

Wushen Expressway (Wuhan to Shenzhen): Wuhan - Jiayu - Chibi - Chongyang - Tongcheng - Pingjiang - Liuyang - Fuling - Yixian - Chaling - Yanling - Guidong - Yucheng - Renhua - Shixing - Weng Source - Xinfeng - Longmen - Boluo - Dongguan - Shenzhen.

Among them, the Hunan section is also known as the S11 Pingyi Expressway, which is about 481 kilometers long and has been opened to traffic.

Xinbo Expressway is expected to open on the 28th

Xinbo Expressway belongs to one section of Wushen Expressway. It starts from Xinfeng County, Shaoguan City, and connects with Daguang Expressway. The northbound line (towards Hunan) connects Ren (Hua) Xin (Feng) Expressway through the Daguang Expressway. It passes through Huizhou Longmen and Boluo counties, and the end point is connected with Bo (Luo) Shenzhen (Shenzhen) Expressway, and connects to Guangzhou (State) Hui (State) Expressway. The total length of the line is 108 kilometers. The whole line adopts the two-way six-lane expressway standard. The design starts from the Longtian Interchange to a speed of 100 kilometers per hour. The Longtian Interchange to the project ends with a design speed of 120 kilometers per hour. It has Xinfeng South, Lantian, Longtian and Longmen. 8 ramp stations in Longjiang, Guanshan, Pingan and Huzhen. There are two service areas in the whole line: Longmen Service Area and Pingan Service Area.

Duan, Xinfeng to Boluo section, Boluo to Shenzhen section, ranked to Yantian Port section. Among them, the rank of Yantian Port was completed and opened to traffic in 2006, and the Boluo to Shenzhen section was completed and opened to traffic in 2013. The Renhua to Xinfeng section (Phase I) was completed and opened to traffic on December 28, 2017.

It is reported that the second phase of Xinbo Expressway and Renxin Expressway will be completed and opened to traffic on December 28th. At that time, the Guangdong section of Wushen Expressway will be fully integrated, and a new north-south channel will be added between Guangdong and Hunan and Hubei.

The staff of Guangdong Provincial Transportation Group said that if the Shenzhen vehicle is on the north, if it chooses to go through Boshen Expressway, Xinbo Expressway, Renxin Expressway, and then enter Yanzhou Expressway, the drive will be compressed from 6 hours to less than 4 hours, saving 2 hour.
