Beijing Business News News More than half of China's drones are "black households." At the 4th China Network Audition Conference held recently, Ke Yubao, executive secretary of the China Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, said that the number of drones in China has exceeded 20,000, but more than half of them have not obtained drone drivers' licenses.
With the continuous updating of technology, China's UAVs have developed rapidly and become a new industry that has attracted much attention. However, at present, more than half of the unmanned UAVs in China lack effective safety control. How to establish effective monitoring, Ke Yubao proposed the "electronic fence" technology, using the flight control device of the drone itself, the "electronic fence" was set in advance, when the drone flew to the area that is not allowed to observe, no one Opportunity to identify and automatically return or land.
In addition to this, another technology called "unmanned cloud" is mentioned, that is, a dynamic database system in which drones operate. In addition to providing real-time navigation and meteorological services to the drone, the technology also monitors the flight data of the drone. Ke Yubao said that by setting up "electronic fence" and joining the "unmanned cloud" operation, and with the real-name system, it is very convenient for managers to discover the violations of drones in the first time.
At the same time, it was pointed out that while carrying out control, it is necessary to make the current policy more suitable for the development of the drone industry. According to the current regulations, the drone must submit an application to the relevant management department before the flight, and the flight can only be carried out after the application is approved and legally qualified. However, the actual situation shows that the drone has penetrated the public and the area of application has become more and more extensive. If the existing flight declaration process is still used for reporting, the operation is not convenient. Ke Yubao revealed that consultations with relevant departments are currently underway, and the flight application will be simplified, and the relevant market access standards and management models will be promoted. It is reported that in 2018, it is expected to enact laws and regulations for large drones.
