Any printer can print an anilox version, but the effects are different. People in the industry are all aware of the quality of the printed version of the anthropomorphic version. The upper version is divided into two steps, one is to put the version on top, so that it presses evenly on the center of the drum as much as possible to avoid the hairiness of the printing plate. After the plate is processed, it is the key to change the new roll paper and place an open eight-carbon paper inside. After printing the space plate, it will be printed on the white paper in the roller through the copy paper, and then remove the carbon paper. The screen clearly shows which parts should be single mats, which parts are not mats, which parts should be dug, and the parts that are dug away must be made with a knife to have a gradient, so that the net points will not be thrown, and after wrapping the drum, a proof will be seen. The screen printing roller of the screen is also very particular. Generally, three rollers need to be used to print ink. The rubber roller should be softer, because the ink volume of the screen printing plate is generally very small, and the rubber roller is adjusted to a proper level. Otherwise, it will not only destroy the rubber roller but also cost the printing plate. Because the cost of making a set of screens is three to five times that of the regular version, be cautious. Printed screens must be printed out at the level of the screen. The colors of yellow, red and blue are the main colors, so that the size of the ink can be easily grasped. Each color must be handled with care. Overprinting should be precise, and professional magnifiers are generally used to see if all outlets are covered.
