Luminous ink use matters needing attention

Luminous ink should pay attention when using:

1. Use thinner to adjust the viscosity of the ink.

2. It is best to use 80-120 mesh polyester screen when screen printing.

3. Printed on a white substrate, can improve the brightness and afterglow time.

4. When the coating thickness is controlled at 130~150um, the luminous effect is the best.

If 80 mesh screen printing twice, you can reach this thickness.
