1. Appearance:

â‘  The depth and height of the spots do not exceed the thickness tolerance of the rubber sheet;

② Within every square meter of bubbles, there are no more than 5 bubbles with an area of ​​less than 1cm, and the distance between any two bubbles is not less than 40mm;

â‘¢ The depth and length of impurities do not exceed 1/6 of the thickness of the rubber sheet;

â‘£The uneven edge or sea-like width does not exceed 10mm, and the length does not exceed 1/10 of the total length of the rubber sheet;

⑤ No cracks.

2. Hardness (Shore A): 55-70.

3. Tensile strength and elongation at break: 1) Tensile strength (Mpa) ≥5.02) Elongation at break ≥250%.

4. Fixed extension (150%) permanent deformation ≤ 25%.

5. Hot air aging (70 ℃ * 72h): The tensile strength reduction rate is ≤30%.

   Precautions for using insulation board


  1. Has good arc resistance and anti-leakage traceability

Because the insulation board works outdoors, it is directly affected by atmospheric conditions, and it is also contaminated by oil smoke, water vapor and coal powder on the mixed traction railway line. The surface is prone to dust particles, which leads to insulation leakage. The arc further carbonizes the surface of the insulation board, and the carbon traces are distributed in irregular dendrites on the surface of the insulation board to damage the insulation. Therefore, it is required that the insulation board must be strict in process requirements to ensure the smoothness of the surface, make it difficult to adhere to dirt, and have good arc resistance. Before using the insulation board, the samples should be tested for tracking resistance and arc resistance, and can only be used after reaching the national IA2.5 level and arc resistance standards.

   2. Do not make it work in the state of surface discharge, improve the electrical service life

The insulating plate is used as the insulating medium between the contact net and the ground. Due to the small space under the bridge, the contact wire may come into contact with the insulating plate and produce surface discharge. Epoxy glass fiber reinforced plastic and SMC molding compound have a good linear relationship, but unsaturated poly glass fiber reinforced plastic has a broken line relationship, but all indicate that the insulating material is under a strong electric field (especially under surface discharge conditions), and its service life will be greatly shortened Therefore, in the project, try not to make the insulating plate work under the surface discharge state. The contact net suspension structure should try to use isolated suspension as far as possible, so that there is an air gap between the contact wire and the insulating plate to form secondary insulation. At this time, most of the voltage of the contact net to the ground is added to the air gap, and the voltage on the insulating plate is low. Only when the electric locomotive passes under the bridge, the contact wire may make short-term contact with the insulating plate, so the isolation suspension is used. It can effectively prevent surface discharge and extend the electrical life of the insulating board.
