Once the ink is dried on the ink tank water level, it is difficult to clean and change colors.
In order to control the failure of the pneumatic ink pump fine-tuning knob, we made a flow control device similar to a medical infusion set, stuck on the ink-absorbing soft, and controlled the flow rate. The actual use proves that the device is easy to use and the amount of ink is controlled freely, which solves the problem that the ink supply of the pneumatic ink pump is stopped or the flow rate is too large.
When using a platen printer to print some products that need to use the port number, if the plate cannot be pulled down, the plate cylinder is required to meet the printing requirements. By the drum operation is not complicated, as long as the plate roller drive gear scale, look for directions, there is no scale, borrow the drum inconvenient, borrow four sets of rollers, find the rules of operation often takes several hours. When reprinting other products, it is necessary to borrow back the drum. Actual operation takes time and effort.
For this situation, it can be based on paper size, graphic size. Use the plates to solve the problem. Before installing the PS version, the PS version is cut to about 5mm. With only a small amount of pull, you can find good rules. You do not need to borrow the drum to reduce the number of hours of assistance and increase the production efficiency. This method is also applicable to other types of offset presses.
In addition, this problem can also be solved in the imposition or printing process. When printing, reduce the distance between the mouth and about 5mm. There is no need to cut the plate directly before printing, and you do not need to borrow the plate roller.
Determining the lining amount of the roller lining The so-called lining of the roller lining is defined on the plate cylinder and the blanket cylinder, covering a certain thickness of the cushioning material as required, for adjusting the gap between the rollers and the printing pressure, so that the roller gear is The circular tangential position meshes to meet the offset printing process requirements.
Correcting offset roller pressure is one of the key technologies for offset press operation. It is a prerequisite for the normal operation of the offset press. It is based on the cutting volume of Feng Chuan, printing technical conditions, product quality requirements and some technical parameters within a reasonable range of adjustment. However, some offset presses do not have technical data. It is particularly important how to correctly adjust and correct the roller pressure. 1. Check whether the rollers of the offset printing machine are walking the rollers or not. Roller-folding offset presses can be used to check contact by light or ink under pressure conditions. An offset printing machine that does not use a roller should engage the roller gear at the tangential position of the pitch circle, and measure the gap between the two roll bearings after the pressure is compressed by pressing the wire. Note that the gap between the two sides of the roll should not exceed 0.02mm, lead wire should not be too thick, Beiren J2108A roll gap error is 0.20mm.
