The environmental protection department said that in order to strictly control the air pollution caused by PM2.5, PM10, TSP, etc. in the furniture production and the physical harm to the practitioners, the air pollutant discharge remediation in the furniture manufacturing industry is a key industry for sewage prevention and control. During the inspection process, the dust pollution source mainly exists in the wood cutting area, the wood processing workshop, the painting and polishing workshop, the white enamel polishing area, and the factory boundary are all dead corners of the environmental protection department.
Among them, specific dust emissions mainly exist in the processes of cutting, drilling, machining, sanding and polishing.
Secondly, the total VOCs emission interval specified in most regional furniture standards is between 80mg/m3 and 40mg/m3, and some regions have adopted stricter concentration limits.
Oil painting coatings are used in the painting process of furniture manufacturing, mainly polyurethane coatings, nitro coatings, alkyds, etc. In general, the topcoat painting workshops of the general enterprise use dust-free closed spray booths to ensure the smoothness of the sprayed parts. Although the paint and color paint process also has an independent spray booth, most of the enterprises are open spray booths due to the lack of strict requirements on the surface finish of the spray parts. As the main part of VOCs emission (including drying process), the coating process directly affects the environmental protection department to seal, rectify and stop production due to the influence of the dilution and volatilization of the coating materials on the atmosphere.

1. Wastewater pollution prevention and control

2. Air pollution prevention and control

3, solid waste
Separate collection and standard disposal of solid waste. The temporary storage and disposal of solid waste and dangerous solid waste respectively meet the requirements of “General Industrial Waste Storage and Disposal Pollution Control Standards†and “Hazardous Waste Storage Pollution Control Standardsâ€. 4, noise aspects
