Fruit and vegetable test paper

A simple test strip was successfully developed at the Nanjing Institute of Soil Science. It can quickly detect “suspect” nitrous acid components in fruits. Dropping fruit and vegetable juices onto the test strips can be used to determine whether there is a risk of eating and can be widely used in households. The price of this product abroad is more than 1 yuan per piece, and the domestic newly-developed test paper is expected to be only 0.05-0.06 it/sheet. Considering that the non-toxic reagents on the test paper are volatile, they need to be kept in the refrigerator to maintain their efficacy. In addition, researchers have simultaneously developed a virus-detecting instrument that has now entered the final stage of experimentation.
