1, viscose test. The printed film is peeled off with adhesive tape, and if the peeling area of ​​the ink is less than % of the adhesive area, the wetting effect is considered to be good.

2. Use Dyne Stroke Marking for testing wetting tension. If you don't have a Dyne pen, you can use the pen film to write (no daining effect) and judge whether the ink lines are continuous or not. The lines are continuous and without significant shrinkage, the wet effect is considered good.

3, contact angle check. The prepared ink will be dropped on the film surface, and then observed. If the contact angle between the ink and the film is greater than 90 degrees, the ink droplets are oblate, and the affinity between the clear ink and the film is small and the humidity is poor.

If the contact angle between the ink and the film is less than 90 degrees and the ink droplets are bow-shaped, the affinity between the ink and the film is large and the degree of wetting is good. The flatter the ink drops, the better the wettability.

4, wetting tension test. Wet tension test method is: use a small amount of cotton (15-20mg) known surface tension test solution coated on the film, coated as wide as possible, coating area of ​​about 6cm2, coating within 0.5 seconds carry out. After 2 seconds of coating, the state of the liquid film was observed. If the liquid film did not break and only insignificant shrinkage occurred, the test was conducted using a liquid mixture having a higher surface tension. If the film breaks, test with a mixture with a lower surface tension. Finally, the surface tension of the liquid mixture with the highest surface tension for 2 seconds was taken as the wetting tension of the tested film.
