Environmental suitability

Lighting conditions:
The lighting standard is 20204.4 +/- 43.6 å‘Ž candlelight.
Light source color temperature - 5,000 °K for viewing the original, 7,500 °K for color comparison when printing.
The color appearance index is 9090~100.
Illumination geometry - the reflection of light from peripheral walls should be minimized.
Transmission standard marked ─ 409 +/- 88 呎 candlelight.
Wall color: should be based on the principle of light gray, medium dark blue or green and other cold colors, should not use red, orange, yellow and other warm color series. Because the latter tends to make the staff feel irritable and uncomfortable, it is also easy to feel disgusted with the work.

temperature control:
The temperature in the plateau workplace must be controlled between 23 and 25°C, allowing personnel to work and operate the machines and equipment in a comfortable and ideal environment, and also to extend the life of the machine.

Humidity Control: Humidity in the lithographic workplace must be maintained at RH
Between 55 and 60%, the high humidity in the air will lead to instability of product quality, easy failure of electronic devices, easy retractable paper, deformation of processing and binding, photographic materials and photographic lenses. These problems will affect the effect and increase the production cost.

Air quality: The air quality in the working environment does not mean that air conditioners are installed. It means that in addition to controlling the temperature and humidity of the air, it is more important to introduce fresh air into the room and to replace the fresh air in the room.
Nowadays, many separated air conditioners merely cool the indoor air and do not have a ventilation function. This will easily lead to indoor air pollution, resulting in uncomfortable staff, dizziness, and infection of upper respiratory tract.

Wastewater treatment: Some chemicals are used in the lithographic workshops, so a small amount of wastewater will be generated and these will have to be properly treated to avoid environmental problems.
Noise control: The noise a person can endure is about 80 decibels. In the printing workplace, the places where noise is easy to generate are mostly printing rooms. Therefore, the personnel working in this environment must pay attention to the maximum amount of noise in 75 decibels or less is better. In some printing sites, when using a commercial rotary press, a separate compartment is used and a sound-absorbing panel is placed on the ceiling so that it can absorb most of the noise and comply with environmental requirements.

Storage Environment: In addition to paying attention to temperature and humidity, the storage of materials should also pay attention to the handling conditions. Improper handling and discomfort of stored items will result in a good storage environment as well as damage. Therefore, the most important principle is to pay attention to the validity period, especially for various chemicals.
