China National Petroleum Corporation’s Engineering Technology Research Institute has successfully developed Super PU epoxy polyurethane anticorrosive coatings. The paint is a two-component normal-temperature curing paint composed of epoxy resin, polyurethane resin, pigment filler, auxiliary agent and solvent. In addition to the characteristics of ordinary epoxy resin coating, the coating also has the advantages of polyurethane coating and significantly improves the acid resistance. It can be used in 0°C environment and humid environment. It can be used for the anticorrosion of the internal and external walls of pipes, tanks, containers, and equipment of crude oil, sewage, and water injection systems in the petroleum industry, and the external and internal walls of equipment in the chemical and petrochemical industries. The paint has high solid content, small solvent pollution, low curing temperature, strong environmental adaptability, and acid, alkali, oil and water, and excellent performance.
