(2) Monochrome large solid version with flat screen printing mainly depends on the flat screen part to determine the exposure time.
1 with 10-20% flat net, the printing time is about 120s.
2 with 30-40% flat net, the printing time is 150s.
3 with 50-60% flat screen, the printing time is 250s.
4 with more than 60% flat net, drying time is about 300s.
(3) Anti-white prints with large monochrome but solid lines
1 The reverse part is a 0.3mm line or a small initial number (50 level) text, and the printing time is about 300s;
2 The reverse part is 0.4mm line or larger than the initial number, and the printing time is about 250s.
(4) A print with a flat screen in a color layered version.
1 color layer version with a 10-20% flat mesh large version, exposure time is about 120s;
2 color layer version with a collage version of more than 30% flat net, exposure time is about 140s.
(5) In the color layer version, there is no flat net, but there is a large title word or pattern on the ground, and the printing time is about 160s.
(6) In the color layer version, there are flat nets and solid prints. Usually with 10-20% flat net, the printing time is about 120s; with more than 30% of the flat net, the printing time is about 140s.
