Solvent-free one-component polyurethane adhesive MOR-FREE B 57

The product type MOR-FREE B 57 is a solvent-free one-component polyurethane adhesive used at high temperatures.

Application range MOR-FREE B 57 is suitable for plastic film OPP/PE and aluminum foil and paper, cardboard composite.

Adhesives and other components of the material to be composited: interactions may occur between inks, film auxiliaries, coatings, and the contents of the package and cause unpredictable quality changes. Therefore, before the official production, a test must be conducted to confirm the suitability of the adhesive with the composite material and the packaged product.

Methylene diphenylisocyanate migration may occur in the nylon/polyvinylacetate structure.

The food specification MOR-FREE B 57 complies with the requirements of the Food Hygiene Standards set forth in the FDA's CFR21, §175.105.

Cold seal adhesive Robond CS 1004

The product type Robond CS 1004 is a water-soluble cold-sealing adhesive applied to flexible packaging. It has wide applicability and small odor. Under pressure, it can bond with itself and provide good sealing strength. Packaging speed, no contraction effect.

Applications Robond CS 1004 is particularly suitable for untreated BOPP films, BOPP pearl films, and BOPP films with acrylic and PVdC coatings.

Therefore, before the official production, a test must be conducted to confirm the suitability of the cold sealant and the packaging material and the packaged product.

The food specification Robond CS 1004 complies with German BGA Food Packaging Regulations and Food Hygiene Standards as required by the FDA's CFR21, §175.105.
